Sahyadri Ayurveda is a renowned ayurvedic healthcare and wellness centre run by Peermade Development Society (PDS) located in the town of Peermade in Kerala, India. The centre was established in 1986 by Mar Mathew Arackal, bishop emeritus of Kanjirapally. The centre’s approach to healthcare is based on the principles of Ayurveda, which is an ancient Indian system of medicine that emphasises the use of natural remedies, lifestyle modifications, and dietary changes to prevent and treat illnesses.
